2 cups Sierra Crunch Granola
1/4 cup honey
2 tsp. orange zest
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 tsp. grated nutmeg
1 cup chopped dried apricots
1 cup chopped dried dates
1 cup no melt powdered sugar icing (donut sugar)
In a mixing bowl combine roughly chopped almonds,
chopped apricots, chopped dates, orange zest, allspice,
and nutmeg into an even distribution.
Divide the mixture into quarters and process each
quarter to different consistencies (from course cut to
sand)
Mix the varied compositions and add honey.
Roll the mixture into balls then roll them in powdered
sugar.
Flavor improves with age of a few days.
